Design and
concept.
Together we will assess your brand needs, whether for a single product or a whole range of articles. I will develop new prototypes, taking care of design, accessories and functionality.
I will collaborate with your trusted suppliers to create the product best suited to your needs.

Modeling
I have been working for 3 years with Federico, a specialist in the cycling wear. Thanks to his skills, I can provide the DXF and RUL files necessary for the creation of the prototype and then the product production

data sheets
After providing all the necessary data, I will compile data sheets. creating a simple and intuitive layout that allows you to easily work through all the product steps.

Creating 3D models
Using DXF files, I will construct the 3D scale models, taking care of the finishes and textures of materials down to the smallest detail.
They will then be editable and customisable with each graphic in a fast and intuitive way to give the customer a clear and quality proposal.

Vector model creation
Using DXF files, I will construct the vector models, creating at scale with templates dimensions so that they can be easily transported within the presses.

​Custom Design Creation
Based on the brief with the customer, I will develop a tailor-made, stylistic and technical design that enhances the sponsors and colours of your uniform.

Layout and positioning of printing systems
once the garment's developments are in place, i will position the templates to create a neat and intelligent printing plant, which will take up as little space as possible whether you print calender or cut-sheet.
I will add all the references and markers for printing to implant in order to make easier and smoother process.

sublimation Papers
My occupation is printing the cards for sublimation transfer
with a latest generation Mimaki TS-330 plotter.
The ability to print in color will also be provided.

​Polyurethane thermoadhesives cut
I am following the graphic development and thermoadesives cutting required by the customer
to customise pre-dyed garments.
Together we will choose the colour best suited to your needs, including reflective film to cut lettering and graphics suitable for road safety.

Art Direction for Photo Shoots
I will follow the progress of the outdoor and studio shoot, taking care of the choice of the kits location, inspection and preparation for each location.
I will interface with the photographer of choice to best understand what type of treatment to give to each type of photo according to the need for use (catalogue, website, social channels, Adv)

Direct relationship with Clients and Team
I will independently take care of every client relationship by providing an accurate service and customised designs tailored to every need.
From choosing the template, to defining the graphics and the changes required to approve them, to drafting the layouts.
